Job Profile
To provide Pre-Sales support for US Sales Team
Support Business Development Manager in responding to Client RFPs / RFI’s and coordinate for successful samples delivery
Develop Business Presentations in line with Trivent business practices
Market Research & development of the prospective client Database for Trivent’s LOB
Strengthen the company's sales and business development capabilities through email campaign, Newsletter, Social Networking, Blogs, Website Content Management and Web traffic analysis
Responsible for Pre sales support involving understanding business and customer needs, identifying opportunities, solution offerings and business case to the client & involvement in preparation of proposals
CRM Management – Schedule and Coordinate Sales Meeting, review sales meetings outcome and develop action forward
Candidate profile
Extremely good communication, presentation and relationship building skills
US Pre-sales experience primarily in the BPO / KPO Industry (Preferred)
Well versed with Power Point & Excel
Excellent CRM Skills
Self-motivated & energetic individual to expand sales opportunities in US
Go getter who can drive the field sales team
Well organized with attention to detail
Preferably a Post Graduate in Management
