Create an account on our client portal, www.medsumcrm.com. There you can provide a description of the case, any notes you want the reviewer to see, select the services you are interested in and want to be delivered, and upload the case.
Within 24 hours you will receive an itemized estimate for your approval.
You don’t owe anything until we complete the work. An invoice will be delivered to you with the completed files. We accept ACH, credit card, or check payments.
$35/hr for chronologies and summaries. $75/hr for medical opinions. Please refer our pricing page for more details

Our team of doctors, nurses, and other medical professionals. We have specialists in general medicine, internal medicine, cardiology, OBGYN, orthopaedics, paediatrics, urology, pharmacology, and more.
All of our team members must agree to a strictly enforced NDA ensuring that we keep records confidential. Additionally, we operate with the following IT control measures:
