How do I get started?

Create an account on our client portal, www.medsumcrm.com. There you can provide a description of the case, any notes you want the reviewer to see, select the services you are interested in and want to be delivered, and upload the case. Within 24 hours you will receive an itemized estimate for your approval.

What is your billing process?

You don’t owe anything until we complete the work. An invoice will be delivered to you with the completed files. We accept ACH, credit card, or check payments.

What’s your cost?

$35/hr for chronologies and summaries. $75/hr for medical opinions. Please refer our pricing page for more details

Will I get an estimate?

Yes. We provide an itemized estimate for your approval prior to getting started.

What is the turnaround time?

8-10 days is typical , We also provide free expedite but please discuss with our team so we may guarantee delivery

Who reviews the records?

Our team of doctors, nurses, and other medical professionals. We have specialists in general medicine, internal medicine, cardiology, OBGYN, orthopaedics, paediatrics, urology, pharmacology, and more.

How do you comply with HIPAA?

All of our team members must agree to a strictly enforced NDA ensuring that we keep records confidential. Additionally, we operate with the following IT control measures:

Secure file upload
Firewall & Intranet based E-mail access (only within the premises)
Restricted access to client-specific folders
Complete restriction on data access via external ports on PCs
Access controls and login credentials for file server

What is the process?

Once you upload the records for your case, we get to work. You will receive an estimate by the following business day. Upon your approval of the estimate, the final product is delivered within 8-10 days. We’ll be in contact with you if we identify missing records or need clarification.
